Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant management experience
  • Proven ability to lead both front-of-house and back-of-house teams
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Willingness to relocate to Soldotna, Alaska

Job Qualifications

  • 2 plus years management experience
  • 3 to 5 plus years preferred for general manager
  • Experience in Tex-Mex, Mexican, or high-volume full-service restaurant environments
  • Hands-on leadership style
  • Strong understanding of labor, food cost, and operational systems
  • Ability to perform under pressure and drive results

Job Duties

  • Own full P and L, labor, and overall restaurant performance
  • Lead and develop FOH and BOH management teams
  • Drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction
  • Maintain service standards and operational consistency
  • Build culture, accountability, and retention
  • Lead BOH operations in a high-volume Tex-Mex kitchen
  • Manage food cost, inventory, ordering, and prep systems
  • Ensure recipe consistency, execution, and ticket times
  • Train and develop kitchen staff
  • Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and compliance
