Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant management experience
- Proven ability to lead both front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Willingness to relocate to Soldotna, Alaska
Job Qualifications
- 2 plus years management experience
- 3 to 5 plus years preferred for general manager
- Experience in Tex-Mex, Mexican, or high-volume full-service restaurant environments
- Hands-on leadership style
- Strong understanding of labor, food cost, and operational systems
- Ability to perform under pressure and drive results
Job Duties
- Own full P and L, labor, and overall restaurant performance
- Lead and develop FOH and BOH management teams
- Drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction
- Maintain service standards and operational consistency
- Build culture, accountability, and retention
- Lead BOH operations in a high-volume Tex-Mex kitchen
- Manage food cost, inventory, ordering, and prep systems
- Ensure recipe consistency, execution, and ticket times
- Train and develop kitchen staff
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and compliance
