We are currently seeking a strong, reliable, and professional cook to join our expanding kitchen team. This position is a vital part of our culinary operations, focusing on executing our smash burger concept with precision and care. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining the high standards VanMan's customers expect, with responsibilities ranging from preparing sauces from scratch to expertly cooking burgers on a flat-top grill. While experience with smash burgers is preferred, it is not mandatory, as long as the candidate demonstrates a strong culinary foundation and willingness to learn.

Employment at VanMan's Grassfed Burgers & Tallow Fries is on an in-person, full-time basis, with pay ranging from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour, reflecting experience and skill level. The schedule is variable to meet the fluctuating business needs, typically requiring availability from Monday through Sunday. Efforts are being made to establish fixed days off as the kitchen team matures and stabilizes. Additionally, there may be opportunities for overtime of up to approximately five hours weekly, depending on business volume, though these hours are not guaranteed.
