Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of kitchen experience
- Experience emulsifying and preparing sauces from scratch
- Experience cooking burgers and working on a flat top grill
- Ability to follow direction and execute tasks efficiently
- Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Must be organized, clean, punctual, and dependable
- Must maintain a professional attitude in the workplace
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment
- Ability to perform under pressure in a high-stress kitchen environment
- Strong work ethic and take pride in performance
- Open availability preferred Monday through Sunday
- Ability to avoid unnecessary call-outs
- Ability to communicate professionally with the team
- Must be dependable and show up consistently on time
