  • must be authorized to lawfully work in the U.S.
  • bilingual English and Spanish speaker
  • previous experience as a cook
  • slip resistant shoes are required for safety
  • have reliable transportation to get to and from work
  • must be able to start working as soon as possible

Job Duties

  • be part of a team creating high-end products served daily
  • work at a fast pace to meet production timelines
  • prepare and cook meals in large quantities following standardized recipes and client specifications
  • ensure food presentation portioning and packaging meet client and company guidelines
  • maintain strict adherence to food safety sanitation and hygiene standards
  • operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • assist with inventory management including monitoring stock levels and minimizing waste
  • work collaboratively with kitchen staff supervisors and quality control teams
  • follow production schedules to meet production deadlines
  • maintain a clean and organized work environment
