Job Duties
- be part of a team creating high-end products served daily
- work at a fast pace to meet production timelines
- prepare and cook meals in large quantities following standardized recipes and client specifications
- ensure food presentation portioning and packaging meet client and company guidelines
- maintain strict adherence to food safety sanitation and hygiene standards
- operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- assist with inventory management including monitoring stock levels and minimizing waste
- work collaboratively with kitchen staff supervisors and quality control teams
- follow production schedules to meet production deadlines
- maintain a clean and organized work environment
