must be authorized to lawfully work in the U.S.
bilingual English and Spanish speaker
previous experience as a cook
slip resistant shoes are required for safety
have reliable transportation to get to and from work
must be able to start working as soon as possible

Job Duties

be part of a team creating high-end products served daily
work at a fast pace to meet production timelines
prepare and cook meals in large quantities following standardized recipes and client specifications
ensure food presentation portioning and packaging meet client and company guidelines
maintain strict adherence to food safety sanitation and hygiene standards
operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
assist with inventory management including monitoring stock levels and minimizing waste
work collaboratively with kitchen staff supervisors and quality control teams
follow production schedules to meet production deadlines
maintain a clean and organized work environment
