Job Requirements

- Experience with smokers, grills, brisket, tri tip, ribs, chicken, and prep
- Ability to work clean, organized, and fast during service
- Reliable transportation

Job Qualifications
- At least one year of cooking experience preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare barbecue items including brisket, tri tip, ribs, chicken, and other smoked meats
- Operate smokers and grills efficiently during dinner service
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Work quickly and accurately during high-volume dinner hours
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with prep work and inventory as needed
