Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year bartending experience
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical strength and endurance to stand for eight hours and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to manage cash and payment transactions
- Excellent communication skills
- Dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain station cleanliness and organization
Job Qualifications
- One year minimum of prior bartending experience
- 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to handle high volume business
- Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated ability to engage guests with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of city and state health and liquor regulations
- Pride in personal appearance and grooming
Job Duties
- Craft basic cocktails and pour liquor, wine, and beer with accuracy and precision
- Maintain a positive and contagious energy and create unforgettable guest experiences
- Work hard - smile - be proactive
- Properly set up and break down bar stations including restocking and thorough cleaning as per standard operating procedures
- Accurately charge guests, collect payment, handle cash, and reconcile cash drawers
- Adhere to and understand city and state health and liquor regulations, rules, and laws
- Engage in conversation with guests of diverse demographic backgrounds
