Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of one year bartending experience
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical strength and endurance to stand for eight hours and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to follow health and safety regulations
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to manage cash and payment transactions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain station cleanliness and organization

Job Qualifications

  • One year minimum of prior bartending experience
  • 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to handle high volume business
  • Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Demonstrated ability to engage guests with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of city and state health and liquor regulations
  • Pride in personal appearance and grooming

Job Duties

  • Craft basic cocktails and pour liquor, wine, and beer with accuracy and precision
  • Maintain a positive and contagious energy and create unforgettable guest experiences
  • Work hard - smile - be proactive
  • Properly set up and break down bar stations including restocking and thorough cleaning as per standard operating procedures
  • Accurately charge guests, collect payment, handle cash, and reconcile cash drawers
  • Adhere to and understand city and state health and liquor regulations, rules, and laws
  • Engage in conversation with guests of diverse demographic backgrounds
