We are currently seeking a highly organized and driven Resort and Casino Sales Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis. This elevated sales role demands the highest standards of industry knowledge and experience, specifically within the alcohol beverage industry. The successful candidate will manage a dedicated territory focused on high-demand, well-educated customers in the Resort and Casino channel. This position requires extensive expertise in sales, with an emphasis on the Cellar Craft portfolio and its competitive landscape. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive and detail-oriented approach, thriving in a fast-paced commercial environment. Experience in Resort and Casino sales or equivalent on-premise customer relationships is crucial, with local market connections within the on- and off-premises beverage industries considered a significant advantage.
In this role, the Sales Consultant will be responsible for establishing daily pre-plans to achieve sales objectives, maintaining consistent reporting on territory performance including distribution metrics, by-the-glass and bottle sales, cocktail features, and promotions. They will provide training notifications to bar and wait staff, manage customer relationships, and support in-field supplier interactions. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales for Northern Nevada, the consultant will utilize office systems, policies, and procedures to streamline operations. This role also involves assisting with accounts receivable collection efforts, preparing sales presentations, and serving as the primary sales contact within the assigned territory. The Sales Consultant will contribute to the Trade department and senior leadership by providing brand forecasts to support current and future product demand.

Job Requirements
- Prior experience in the alcohol beverage industry in the on premise channel
- Resort Casino experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, order entry and reporting software, and scheduling tools
- Ability to work full-time with flexible hours
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Establish daily pre-plans to achieve sales objectives
- Provide consistency in reporting territory results regarding distribution, by the glass, by the bottle, cocktail features, promotions and notification of bar and wait staff trainings
- Report to the Director of Sales, Northern Nevada
- Utilize office systems, policies, and procedures
- Manage customer relationships and support in-field supplier interactions
- Support accounts receivable collection efforts within the designated sales territory
- Develop sales presentations utilizing specific guidelines provided by the SVP of Sales
- Serve as the primary sales contact within the assigned sales territory
- Assist with correspondence, document preparation, and special projects
- Provide the Trade department and the SVP of Sales consistent brand forecasts to support immediate and future product forecast
