We are currently seeking a full-time Resort/Casino Sales Consultant to join our sales team. This elevated sales role demands a professional who possesses a robust background in the alcohol beverage industry, particularly with on-premise sales experience in Resort and Casino environments. The successful candidate will be charged with managing a dedicated territory filled with high-demand, well-educated customers. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where industry knowledge is paramount. Candidates with experience in the Cellar Craft portfolio or a similar competitive set will excel in this position. This sales consultant will be expected to leverage their extensive sales expertise, local market relationships, and strong communication skills to foster customer relationships and drive profitable revenue growth. The role not only focuses on sales objectives but also on supporting supplier interactions, managing detailed reporting, and fostering a positive professional employment culture. This position provides a unique opportunity to work closely with leadership and be part of an expanding company that places great emphasis on collaboration, market share development, and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the alcohol beverage industry, preferably with Resort or Casino clients
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and produce detailed reports
  • Familiarity with beverage industry products and trends
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in the alcohol beverage industry in the on premise channel with Resort/Casino experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, order entry and reporting software, and scheduling tools
  • Ability to work full-time, with flexibility to less traditional hours and supportive of the hospitality customer schedules
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Establish daily pre-plans to achieve sales objectives
  • Provide consistency in reporting territory results regarding distribution, by the glass, by the bottle, cocktail features, promotions and notification of bar and wait staff trainings
  • Report to the Director of Sales, Northern Nevada
  • Utilize office systems, policies, and procedures
  • Manage customer relationships and support in-field supplier interactions
  • Support accounts receivable collection efforts within the designated sales territory
  • Develop sales presentations utilizing specific guidelines provided by the SVP of Sales
