This expansion into Northern California offers a unique opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join a dynamic team and manage a highly coveted territory. The role involves inheriting a portfolio consisting exclusively of quality restaurant and retail accounts, with the potential for growth throughout the broader Northern California market. Reporting to both the VP of California Sales based in Los Angeles and the Sales Director based in New York, this position requires a strategic, motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

The primary responsibility of the salesperson will be to service and nurture existing accounts through regular visits and portfolio tastings while simultaneously generating new business opportunities through cold calling, cold walking, and maintaining a robust prospect pipeline. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of wines, particularly European and American varieties, and the ability to effectively present and promote FSWM's portfolio. Meeting revenue goals and expanding the customer base is critical, as the company emphasizes growth and profitability within its expanding territory.

FSWM offers a competitive compensation package for this position, with a guaranteed base salary ranging from $38,000 to $75,000 depending on experience. In addition to the base salary, the role includes a 5% commission during the first 6 to 12 months, transitioning to a 7.5% commission-only structure with a draw, paired with performance bonuses based on company profitability. The company also covers travel and dining expenses, supporting its commitment to customer engagement and relationship building.

Job Requirements
