Job Description

Spinato's is a renowned pizzeria committed to enriching the lives of its customers by providing exceptional food, heartfelt service, and fostering a culture deeply rooted in family values, personal growth, community involvement, and kindness. Established with the mission to create memorable dining experiences, Spinato's has become a beloved dining destination that blends quality cuisine with a welcoming atmosphere. The company prides itself on a culture that supports its employees' personal and professional development while emphasizing the importance of teamwork and a supportive environment. As a high-volume restaurant, Spinato's places great importance on maintaining a warm and professional service to make every guest feel like part of the Spinato's family. The establishment is also committed to equal opportunity employment and ensures compliance with e-verify standards.

The role of an Extraordinary Service Provider (ESP), commonly known as a server, at Spinato's is central to delivering the Spinato's experience. ESPs are tasked with embodying the company’s core values of Family, Community, Kindness, and Personal Growth while maintaining a high standard of professionalism, urgency, and warmth. This position involves managing multiple tables efficiently — typically between 5 and 7 — in a fast-paced setting, requiring the ability to remain calm, composed, and positive under pressure. ESPs play a critical part in creating a memorable dining experience through attentive and heartfelt service tailored to each guest. Beyond the service duties, ESPs are expected to uphold the hospitality standards of Spinato's, promptly address any guest concerns with kindness, and support their teammates to foster a positive work environment. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about community-oriented service. Spinato's values its staff and supports a flexible scheduling system, making the position well-suited for students or those with other commitments. Employees benefit from a supportive, family-oriented work culture and enjoy working in a friendly, casual atmosphere with the added advantage of the restaurant being closed during major holidays.
