3+ years management experience in hospitality or spa industry
excellent verbal and written communication skills
advanced Microsoft Office skills
comfortable with technology and open to new learning
passion for mental and physical wellness
previous spa, hospitality, guest service, or retail experience preferred
previous reservation software and POS experience preferred
ability to focus on attention to detail, remaining professional and courteous at all times

Job Duties

Represent Alyeska Nordic Spa with the highest level of service excellence and be knowledgeable of facility, treatment, and retail offerings
keep the sense of arrival picture perfect from curb to front desk
greet guests with immediate eye contact and genuine greeting to foster community and acceptance
create unique spa experiences by understanding hydrotherapy, services, products, and offerings
maintain accuracy and attention to detail when making reservations or checking in
maximize locker usage and average spend per locker
monitor and respond to guest enquiries, wait lists, emails, and phone calls
clean, restock, and tidy reception, retail, and relaxation areas during shifts
complete assigned tasks timely and with quality
ensure spaces are clean, organized, and well-maintained to support ease of experience
complete work processes and checklists to respect guests' desire for peace
communicate and behave to support inclusivity and equality
contribute to a collaborative workplace promoting community, common goals, and acceptance
