Noodles & Company is seeking an exceptional General Manager who thrives on leadership and operational excellence in the restaurant industry. As a General Manager at Noodles & Company, you will oversee daily restaurant operations while ensuring that every guest feels valued and welcomed. You will be responsible for enforcing the company's culture and values, rolling out new initiatives with enthusiasm, and leading by example. You will review operations regularly to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies that elevate performance across food quality, safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. Managing your restaurant’s P&L to maintain profitability by tracking expenses against budgets will be a critical responsibility. Your team will look to you for timely, constructive feedback, leadership development, and positive reinforcement.

This role demands a hands-on manager comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment. You must be articulate, have a strong work ethic, accountability, and be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed to ensure success. Physical activity is also part of the job, requiring abilities such as walking, bending, reaching, and moving objects weighing up to 55 pounds. Through the Leadership Development Program called My Road Trip, you will nurture future leaders and foster team growth. Ultimately, you will strive to make your restaurant better than it was the day before, building a sense of family among your team and guests alike.

Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • minimum of three years restaurant/retail experience and two years of management experience
