Job Duties

  • Measure and mix ingredients using commercial equipment to produce dough in accordance with standardized recipes and batch requirements, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Prepare and form noodle products, wonton skins, and specialty dough items according to company specifications, maintaining portion accuracy and production efficiency
  • Execute production schedules and complete required logs accurately, ensuring traceability, proper yields, and alignment with operational needs
  • Receive and inspect ingredients from vendors and warehouse deliveries to ensure quality, freshness, and adherence to company standards
  • Label, organize, package, and store finished products in accordance with food safety regulations and company procedures, ensuring proper rotation and inventory control
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the noodle department, including machinery, equipment, tools, and workstations, in compliance with food safety standards and company expectations
