The role of the Noodle Line Cook at Din Tai Fung is integral to bringing some of the restaurant's most beloved dishes to life. This position centers around preparing signature noodle dishes by closely following Din Tai Fung’s recipes, cook times, techniques, and plating standards to ensure every plate meets the high expectations of guests. The Noodle Line Cook is responsible for checking ingredient quality, preparing and cutting garnishes, and setting up their station to maintain seamless service throughout their shift. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is crucial, along with adhering to health department regulations and company procedures regarding proper labeling. This role demands strong attention to detail, precision, and the ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Additionally, Noodle Line Cooks participate in monthly staff and noodle department meetings to support continuous learning and professional development. The position offers a pay rate of $24.00 per hour and is located at the Din Tai Fung branch in Costa Mesa, California.
