Hub Group Final Mile is currently seeking Non-CDL Independent Contractors to join their team as Driver Helpers for 26-foot box trucks equipped with liftgates. The role requires contractors to own, rent, or lease a suitable vehicle and ideally work alongside a dedicated Driver Helper to facilitate appliance delivery and installation. This position offers an opportunity to earn a gross weekly income ranging from $3,500 to $3,750 per truck, with payments dispensed weekly through direct deposit and supported by online settlements. The work is local with daily routes that allow drivers and helpers to return home at the end of each day, emphasizing work-life balance.

The role is designed for those experienced in appliance installation or individuals open to learning the trade in a supportive environment. Contractors will be responsible for delivering appliances such as refrigerators, microwave ovens, dishwashers, washers, dryers, and various other home appliances while ensuring proper installation according to manufacturer specifications.
