Job Requirements
- Valid class E non-CDL driver’s license
- Valid DOT Medical card or willingness to obtain one with company support
- Minimum age of 20 years old due to insurance
- Ability to pass background checks and driving tests
- Ability to follow all safety and operational procedures
- Availability to work 6 am to 2:30 pm shifts
- Professional driving experience preferred
Job Qualifications

- Professional driving experience is a plus
- Ability to adhere to all traffic laws and company policies
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team
- Ability to perform pre-trip inspections and complete operational paperwork
- Customer service oriented with a polite and helpful demeanor
- Ability to work early morning shifts from 6 am to 2:30 pm
- Must be at least 20 years old due to insurance regulations
Job Duties
- Greeting patrons in a polite manner and assisting them in any way we can
- Safely shuttling customers to various destinations
- Opening and closing doors for patrons
- Adhering to all traffic laws and signs to ensure the safest possible operation of our shuttles
- Communicating effectively with customers and co-workers including radio contact with management, shuttle drivers, and lot attendants
- Completing required pre-trip inspections to meet federal as well as company safety requirements
- Recording passenger counts and trip times
- Completing necessary paperwork involved in daily operations
- Assisting in equipment setup and breakdown including signs and cones
- Sweeping shuttles and removing debris to ensure cleanliness
- Filling in as a lot attendant when needed
- Communicating mechanical problems with shuttles to management
- Complying with company procedures for shuttle operations
