The available position is for Non-CDL Parking Lot Sweepers, an essential role within SCA’s operations. This role involves operating specialized parking lot sweepers to maintain cleanliness and safety across various parking areas including shopping centers and public lots. Employees in this role will take full ownership of assigned routes, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and client satisfaction. The position offers competitive hourly wages ranging from $15.50 to $18.00, depending on the location, with weekly pay schedules. Job Requirements
- High school or GED
- one year driving experience - waste and recycling services experience preferred
- valid driver's license
- must be at least 21 years of age
- must maintain an acceptable driving record
- successfully pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check, background check, DOT physical, and drug screening in accordance with company policy and applicable law
Job Qualifications

- one year driving experience preferably in waste and recycling services

Job Duties
- Review routes in advance and complete assigned work on time with attention to quality
- complete required pre- and post-trip inspections ensuring equipment safety and operational readiness
- operate equipment safely following traffic laws and site protocols
- handle materials in accordance with disposal and safety procedures
- report equipment issues, incidents, or safety concerns promptly
- accurately complete required logs and paperwork
- communicate professionally with supervisors, team members, and clients
- respond effectively to changing conditions and maintain reliable attendance
