Drivers are expected to operate in a cross-docking environment where they pick up a loaded truck from nightly deliveries and return empty trucks to the assigned lot following the route's completion. This role also occasionally involves assisting with truck loading and palletizing, adhering to safety protocols, performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and complying with DOT regulations.

Successful candidates will need to demonstrate strong customer relations skills by handling customer complaints diplomatically, verifying deliveries accurately, and reporting discrepancies promptly.
