CEVA Logistics is currently looking to hire Local Box Truck Owner Operators in Tempe, Arizona, who will operate exclusively under CEVA's authority. This position is ideal for independent contractors who own their box trucks and are interested in partnering with a reputable logistics provider. The role involves delivering a variety of freight types locally to both residential and commercial customers, offering a consistent day shift schedule from Monday through Friday. Compensation is highly competitive, with top box truck owner operators earning up to $120,000 yearly, and average weekly earnings reaching up to $2,500. Weekly settlements are efficiently deposited through Comdata, ensuring timely payment for services rendered.

Owner operators will benefit from a $1,500 sign-on incentive split between the first settlement and after 90 days, encouraging a smooth transition into CEVA's network. Additionally, there is a $1,000 driver referral bonus paid after 90 days for every driver hired, motivating growth and partnership within the company.
