We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated full-time non-CDL van driver for a position based in South Amboy, NJ. This role offers a competitive wage of $25.00 per hour and guarantees a 40-hour work week totaling $1,000.00, with overtime pay for hours worked beyond the standard 40 and double time for work exceeding 12 hours in a day. In addition to attractive pay, the role offers paid holidays and vacation, along with employee referral bonuses, medical, dental, and life insurance benefits after 90 days, and a 401(k) plan with company contribution.
The role involves driving to various venues as assigned, placing delivery units as instructed, or operating specific routes designed for advertising campaigns. Flexibility is essential, as start times may vary and assignments can require work during nights and weekends. Furthermore, the position sometimes involves travel away from home for periods extending one to two weeks. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with this dynamic schedule and possess the ability to navigate routes efficiently. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Hold a valid non-CDL driver's license
- Have a minimum of 2 years driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical examination
- Meet FMCSA driver qualification standards
- Preferred experience with large vehicle or cargo van driving
- Available to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
