Job Requirements
- Must hold a driver's license
- must pass background and drug testing as required by federal or state department(s) of transportation regulations
- must pass DOT physical
- must be at least 21 years old
- ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
- ability to travel frequently
- prolonged periods sitting in a trailer cab
- clean shaven appearance possibly required for CDL drivers
- pass 10 panel drug screen

Job Duties
- Operate vehicle according to state and federal transportation laws
- transport loads safely and on time over required routes
- maneuver truck and trailer into loading and unloading areas using crew signals
- assist with loading and unloading goods and materials including specialized equipment when needed
- maintain signed invoices, shipping bills of lading, and required paperwork
- perform routine vehicle service checks and report maintenance issues
- arrange trailers in shipping yards for efficient loading
- perform other related duties as assigned
