As a dynamic company headquartered in Deer Park, TX, EquipmentShare fosters a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and meaningful work aimed at building something truly special within an industry that has historically been resistant to change. They are committed to creating an inclusive workplace that values diversity, equity, and belonging for all employees, and they actively promote professional development, leadership opportunities, and community involvement.
EquipmentShare is currently hiring a Delivery Driver (Non CDL) for their rental facility in Deer Park, TX. This position plays a pivotal role in the company’s mission by ensuring the safe and timely delivery of equipment, products, and materials to customers. Operating within a Monday to Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, this full-time role also offers overtime pay beyond 40 hours and includes on-call scheduling with additional compensation, emphasizing the company’s dedication to both flexibility and fairness in employee compensation. The Delivery Driver is entrusted with maneuvering vehicles safely in accordance with state and federal laws, assisting with loading and unloading, and maintaining accurate delivery documentation. In addition to the core driving responsibilities, drivers at EquipmentShare are encouraged to engage in vehicle upkeep checks, maintain safety compliance, and contribute to an organized shipping yard environment. The company’s culture revolves around innovation, and the driver’s role exemplifies this through the use of real-time access to fleet locations and delivery details, which not only improves efficiency but also supports a connected and collaborative team atmosphere. The position requires physical stamina given the need for prolonged periods of sitting and occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds, as well as the ability to undergo drug screening and physical examinations in adherence to Department of Transportation and Company safety standards. EquipmentShare’s Delivery Driver role offers an opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where they can truly impact the future of construction technology and customer service.
