Imperial Dade currently seeks a Non-CDL Delivery Driver based in Stockton to join its established and evolving transportation group. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm, offering an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to advance their careers in the transportation and logistics sector. The Non-CDL Delivery Driver is responsible for managing a daily route of stops where they will safely operate a 24-foot box truck with a gross vehicle weight of 26,000 pounds. Essential duties include loading and unloading cargo using manual methods such as hand unloading, pallet jacks, and dollies, ensuring that products are delivered safely and accurately to customer-designated locations. The role requires exceptional customer service skills to maintain positive interactions with clients during deliveries. Key responsibilities also include vehicle inspections before and after each route, documenting activity logs accurately, and reporting any issues or incidents promptly to dispatch. Candidates must demonstrate a strong work ethic, physical stamina to manage lifting requirements of over 50 pounds without assistance, and experience with lift gates and delivery logistics.
