We are seeking a dependable Non CDL Delivery Driver to join our team in Dallas, TX, offering a competitive pay rate of $21.00 per hour. This is a full-time position with evening shifts starting between 11:30 PM and 3:00 AM, running for approximately 8 to 10 hours from Thursday through Tuesday. As a Non CDL Delivery Driver at Staffmark, you will play a vital role in maintaining smooth delivery operations. You will be responsible for delivering fresh donuts daily to grocery stores and Krispy Kreme outlets, ensuring the replacement of previous day’s stock with new products, light cleaning duties such as brushing crumbs before restocking, and utilizing rolling carts and hand dollies for efficient delivery.

This position requires you to drive a 16-foot box truck equipped with a lift gate, handling 10 to 15 stops per day in a manner that ensures timely and careful delivery. The role demands physical fitness to lift loads up to 30 pounds and the ability to maintain a clear Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and at least one year of relevant driving experience within the last three years. The role includes essential safety compliance elements such as passing pre-employment screenings and adhering to non-excepted interstate driving rules.
