Oakmont Gardens is a distinguished senior living community located at 301 White Oak Drive, Santa Rosa, CA 95409. Renowned for its commitment to providing compassionate and exceptional care to seniors, Oakmont Gardens fosters a welcoming, secure, and nurturing environment for residents, their families, and staff. As a community dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for seniors, Oakmont Gardens offers a range of residential options and amenities designed to promote comfort, independence, and engagement in a vibrant community setting.
The role of Concierge at Oakmont Gardens is a vital position within this supportive and dynamic environment. The Concierge serves as the heart of the front desk, acting as the first point of contact for every resident, visitor, and team member entering the community. This role requires a warm, welcoming presence combined with exceptional organizational skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service. Scheduled part-time from 10 PM to 6 AM with a pay rate of $19.00 per hour, the Concierge is responsible for creating a positive and memorable impression, ensuring that every interaction is characterized by professionalism, kindness, and efficiency.
This position involves greeting residents, visitors, and staff with a smile and professionalism, managing phone calls promptly and courteously, and assisting residents with their inquiries, requests, and scheduling needs. Maintaining a clean, organized, and secure front desk and lobby area is a key responsibility, along with managing visitor logs, package deliveries, and community announcements. The Concierge also plays a critical support role in coordinating events, appointments, and transportation, responding to emergencies or resident alerts according to protocol, and providing administrative support to the management team.
At Oakmont Gardens, the Concierge is more than a receptionist; they embody the hospitality promises that define the community culture: greeting warmly by name, treating everyone with courteous respect, anticipating needs, responding promptly, and maintaining professionalism with attention to detail. Oakmont Gardens values team members who are friendly, calm, and professional, with strong communication and multitasking abilities, capable of handling occasional high-pressure situations with grace.
Working at Oakmont Gardens means joining a team that values connection, care, and community. The environment offers opportunities for growth, professional development, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors and their families daily. The company is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone’s contributions are valued. Joining Oakmont Gardens as a Concierge offers a fulfilling career path with rewarding interpersonal interactions and the privilege of supporting a respected senior living community.
