Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 7:45 am to 5:00 pm or until route completion
- Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Good work ethic and enjoy serving people
- Meticulous eye for detail
- Desire to grow professionally and take on leadership roles
- Willingness to participate in company-sponsored community service initiatives
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or related fields preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Detail-oriented with a passion for cleanliness
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and handle equipment
Job Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes
- Maintain high quality and attention to detail in every cleaning assignment
- Schedule and complete cleaning routes efficiently within working hours
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
- Adhere to company standards and safety protocols
- Use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies properly
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
