Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or receptionist roles
  • Ability to handle high-volume phone calls
  • Proficient with electronic scheduling and record keeping
  • Must be friendly and easy going
  • Ability to work Saturdays
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Must adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • Have at least 2 years' experience in customer service/receptionist position/front desk duties
  • Strong communication skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese preferred

Job Duties

  • Interacting in a high-volume patient practice
  • Learning schedule needs- checking patients in and out
  • Computer savvy - all forms are completed electronically
  • Making recall appointments and confirming schedule
  • Collecting payments and co-pays
  • Verify insurance eligibility, contact insurances when applicable
  • Work with office managers, supervisors and operations team on how to resolve issues and answer questions
