Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or receptionist roles
- Ability to handle high-volume phone calls
- Proficient with electronic scheduling and record keeping
- Must be friendly and easy going
- Ability to work Saturdays
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Must adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Have at least 2 years' experience in customer service/receptionist position/front desk duties
- Strong communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese preferred
Job Duties
- Interacting in a high-volume patient practice
- Learning schedule needs- checking patients in and out
- Computer savvy - all forms are completed electronically
- Making recall appointments and confirming schedule
- Collecting payments and co-pays
- Verify insurance eligibility, contact insurances when applicable
- Work with office managers, supervisors and operations team on how to resolve issues and answer questions
