Job Requirements
- at least 2 years experience in customer service or receptionist duties
- must be friendly and easy going
- capable of handling high volume phone calls
- computer savvy
- able to work full-time in office
- available to work saturday with assigned weekday off
- willing to work within scheduled office hours
- strong communication skills
- problem solving and analytical skills
- bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese preferred

Job Duties
- interacting in a high-volume patient practice
- learning schedule needs - checking patients in and out
- computer savvy: no paper charting, all forms are completed electronically
- making recall appointments and confirming schedule
- collecting payments and co-pays
- verify insurance eligibility, contact insurances when applicable
- work with office managers, supervisors and operations team on how to resolve issues and answer questions
