Job Requirements
- At least two years of experience in customer service, receptionist or front desk duties
- Ability to work full-time in-office
- Availability to work Saturday coverage with assigned weekday off
- Bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese
- Strong communication and multi-tasking skills
- Computer proficiency with electronic charting and scheduling systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume dental practice environment
Job Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in customer service, receptionist position, or front desk duties
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment
- Computer savvy with electronic record keeping
- Bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Previous dental experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Interacting in a high-volume patient practice
- Learning schedule needs- checking patients in and out
- Using electronic systems for all forms and charting
- Making recall appointments and confirming schedule
- Collecting payments and co-pays
- Verifying insurance eligibility and contacting insurances when applicable
- Working with office managers, supervisors, and operations team to resolve issues and answer questions
