Job Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in customer service, receptionist or front desk duties
  • Ability to work full-time in-office
  • Availability to work Saturday coverage with assigned weekday off
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese
  • Strong communication and multi-tasking skills
  • Computer proficiency with electronic charting and scheduling systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume dental practice environment

Job Qualifications

  • At least two years of experience in customer service, receptionist position, or front desk duties
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment
  • Computer savvy with electronic record keeping
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Previous dental experience is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • Interacting in a high-volume patient practice
  • Learning schedule needs- checking patients in and out
  • Using electronic systems for all forms and charting
  • Making recall appointments and confirming schedule
  • Collecting payments and co-pays
  • Verifying insurance eligibility and contacting insurances when applicable
  • Working with office managers, supervisors, and operations team to resolve issues and answer questions
