Job Description
This job opportunity is with a McDonald's restaurant that is independently owned and operated by a franchisee, separate from McDonald's USA. This franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products but is a distinct employer responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, scheduling, and supervision. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 14 years of age
- Ability to work flexible hours including breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends
- High school completion courses or equivalent programs beneficial
- Willingness to participate in training and development programs
- Capable of standing for long periods and handling fast-paced work
- Must be able to comply with restaurant policies and procedures
