Job Description

This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, separate from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee owns the right to use McDonald’s logos and food products but operates independently regarding employment decisions, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Unlike corporate McDonald’s, this independent franchisee handles all employment matters locally. McDonald’s USA does not receive employment applications or participate in hiring decisions. Job Requirements

Ability to work flexible part-time or full-time hours
