The Driver Merchandiser role based in Austin, Texas, is a critical position within Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC. This role involves the delivery and merchandising of pre-ordered beverage products to various assigned accounts, ensuring that products are stocked, displayed, and rotated according to company standards. The position operates on a specific shift schedule covering Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings starting at 5:00 pm, with Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays off. Compensation for this role ranges from $22.46 to $28.14 per hour, depending on experience, with additional earning opportunities such as performance bonuses, referral bonuses, and quarterly incentives.

This role requires the individual to be at least 21 years old and to have a minimum of six months of driving experience, with preferred experience in stocking and merchandising.
