The Cleaner reports directly to the Building Supervisor, with duties varying based on the size of the facility and the number of cleaning staff. Responsibilities include the cleaning of restrooms, office spaces, break rooms, and floor care using various equipment like mops, vacuums, and cleaning solutions. It also entails detailed tasks such as polishing metalwork, restocking supplies, dusting furniture and equipment, emptying trash, and spot cleaning walls and windows.

Cleaners must be physically capable of performing repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting up to 25 pounds, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods. Safety compliance is critical, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and adherence to established protocols. Prior cleaning experience is preferred but employees receive guidance and support to meet the high standards required. Moreover, exceptional customer service skills are important since Cleaners interact indirectly with both internal and external stakeholders ensuring their environment remains inviting and well-kept.
