Job Description
Voltaire is an upscale nightlife venue situated within The Venetian Casino, one of the most prestigious and vibrant locations in Las Vegas. The Venetian Casino is renowned for providing guests with an exceptional combination of luxury, entertainment, and world-class services, making it a landmark destination in the hospitality and entertainment industry. Voltaire embodies the casino's commitment to high standards by delivering an exclusive nightlife experience with sophisticated ambiance, impeccable service, and a curated selection of premium beverages and entertainment options. This venue caters to a discerning clientele seeking both elegance and excitement in a safe and memorable environment.
The position of Server Assistant at Voltaire plays a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience through attentive and professional beverage service. Unlike general runner or busser roles, the Server Assistant is integral to the team as they handle responsibilities that directly influence the service quality, environment upkeep, and interaction with guests and team members. This role involves much more than clearing tables—it requires a polished and professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
The Server Assistant is responsible for supporting the bottle servers in presenting and preparing tables, from setting up bottle service presentations to filling mixers and garnishes that adhere to the venue's high standards. This position demands attention to detail to ensure that every element of service is meticulously executed, reflecting Voltaire's dedication to excellence. The Server Assistant also maintains cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all service areas, ensuring the venue remains a visually appealing and hygienic space for guests and staff alike.
Collaboration is key in this role, with the Server Assistant working closely with management and other team members to ensure equipment functionality and service guidelines are followed precisely. Safety is also paramount, as candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and South Nevada Health District (SNHD) guidelines, promoting a hazard-free environment for all. The ability to confidently navigate choreographed movements throughout the venue while maintaining a professional appearance and effective communication distinguishes a successful Server Assistant at Voltaire.
This career opportunity is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about hospitality, thrive in a dynamic nightlife scene, and aspire to advance their careers within a luxurious and internationally recognized entertainment venue. Employment type is typically full-time or part-time depending on shift availability, with varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Competitive pay reflects the elite nature of the establishment and the experience required to meet its standards. By joining Voltaire, candidates become part of a dedicated team committed to delivering an unforgettable customer experience in a world-class setting.
