The role we are recruiting for is a full-time Market Operations Supervisor responsible for overseeing the critical process of loading cases of wine and spirits onto delivery trucks. This position demands a keen eye for detail and strong leadership skills to efficiently manage the workforce involved in order picking, product loading, unloading, storage, and shipment preparation. Compliance with OSHA and federal, state, and local regulations is essential, as well as ensuring that breakage is minimized during handling. The supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments and reporting any product shortages or damage. Handling workplace safety, including work-related injuries, and maintaining security protocols within the warehouse are also key facets of the role.
This position offers a salary ranging from $73,950 to $81,075 annually, with eligibility for participation in an annual bonus plan. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
- minimum of 3 years experience in related business area
- proficient PC skills using MS Office and other computer programs
- strong verbal and written communication skills with diplomacy and discretion

Job Duties
- Ensure efficient truck loading process while minimizing breakage
- report damage to equipment, product, and facilities
- maintain equipment by enforcing operating instructions and calling for repairs
- report any product shortage or location problems
- maintain storage area and organize floor space adhering to storage design principles
- ensure efficient unloading of trucks and receiving of products
- ensure compliance with OSHA and federal, state, and local warehousing requirements
- supervise associates in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- carry out human resource functions including hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees
- handle beverage alcohol products responsibly
- perform other duties as assigned
