Communication skills, both verbal and written, are critical to managing team expectations and collaborating across departments. Moreover, the role offers a competitive salary range of $54,600 to $74,025 annually, with eligibility for a bonus program based on performance metrics. The company also provides comprehensive health care benefits, life insurance, paid time off, and participation in a 401(k) plan, reflecting its commitment to employee well-being.
