This full-time Market Operations role entails supervising and directing a workforce responsible for the efficient loading and unloading of cases of wine and spirits onto delivery trucks, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining product integrity. The position requires close management of inventory and supplies through receiving, storing, and delivering items accurately. As a supervisor, you will coordinate activities for workers engaged in verifying and keeping records of incoming and outgoing shipments while preparing items for staging or shipment. The role involves enforcing safety standards and compliance with local, state, and federal laws, including OSHA requirements, to maintain a secure and injury-free working environment. The supervisor will also handle reporting of damages, shortages, and operational issues, while maintaining warehouse organization and recommending improvements.

Candidates will work a Monday through Thursday schedule starting at 8:30 PM, combining operational leadership with hands-on responsibilities to ensure efficiency and accuracy in warehouse logistics. The ability to multi-task, work independently or as part of a team, and use sound judgment to solve problems in a fast-paced environment is essential. Communication skills, both verbal and written, are critical to managing team expectations and collaborating across departments. Moreover, the role offers a competitive salary range of $54,600 to $74,025 annually, with eligibility for a bonus program based on performance metrics.
