The Warehouse Manager role at Breakthru Beverage Group is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse to ensure smooth and efficient processing of all incoming and outgoing inventory. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000.00 to $108,100.00 and is eligible for participation in an annual bonus plan. The Warehouse Manager will work a Monday through Thursday schedule, starting at 5 pm, reflecting the company’s commitment to work-life balance and operational excellence.

The Warehouse Manager’s responsibilities include managing all aspects of warehouse operations such as receiving, put away of inbound products, overseeing returns, picking, and loading tasks. They are expected to maintain proper loading sequences and efficiency levels while setting up and monitoring daily replenishment tasks. The role requires diligent reporting and investigation of any damages to equipment, products, or facilities, ensuring timely coordination of repairs and maintenance to minimize operational downtime.

In addition to operational duties, the Warehouse Manager is tasked with administrative responsibilities including attendance tracking, timekeeping, replenishment records, and label printing. The manager ensures all team members comply with organizational policies and OSHA safety standards, promoting a safe and productive working environment.

A key aspect of this role is managing the warehouse staff, which involves coaching employees, conducting performance evaluations, and providing performance counseling when necessary. The Warehouse Manager leads by example, clearly communicating roles, responsibilities, and expectations to foster a unified and positive team culture. They enforce the use of the Warehouse Management System to streamline daily tasks, maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
