The Housekeeper plays a crucial role in upholding the high standards of hygiene and orderliness throughout the community. This position involves performing thorough cleaning duties on a regulated schedule—including daily, weekly, and monthly tasks—in assigned spaces such as apartment homes, common areas, lounges, and offices. Typical responsibilities include sweeping, dusting, mopping floors and stairways, spot cleaning, vacuuming rugs and carpets, cleaning and sanitizing lavatories, showers, sinks, fixtures, scrubbing tiles, woodwork, window frames, and more. The Housekeeper also manages community laundry services, ensures safe and proper storage of cleaning chemicals, and adheres to fire and safety regulations by keeping equipment and hazards suitably stored.
