Job Requirements
- High school graduate or GED preferred
- previous experience in similar production line duties at a large commercial bakery preferred
- ability to work in a high temperature environment with fast paced, heavy machinery
- standing and heavy lifting required
- ability to quickly learn new tasks and work in different jobs as needed
- must be able to work any day including holidays and any shift
- reliable attendance to meet employer's standards
- must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- adherence to company core values
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED preferred
- previous experience in similar production line duties at a large commercial bakery preferred
- work experience in similar industrial, manufacturing, or production-line environments may substitute
- ability to quickly learn new job tasks

Job Duties
- Lift heavy weight repeatedly
- stand for long periods of time
- perform various assigned manual labor tasks such as grasping, lifting, moving, placing, and stacking items related to production processes
- identify, count, sort and visually inspect bakery items
- accurately record product analysis data or counts as required by SQF Food Safety Procedures
- maintain workflow from production conveyors
- work in a safe manner at all times
- support and adhere to Franz Core Values
