The Bakery Production Worker role involves assisting in the production of a variety of bread products, performing tasks in compliance with strict SQF Food Safety procedures. This role requires individuals who can adapt to varying job duties depending on daily production needs and who possess the physical stamina to stand and lift heavy weights throughout the shift.

No previous experience is necessary as Franz provides support and training to ensure all employees can succeed in their roles. Applicants must be prepared to work night shifts from 8 pm to 8:30 am, typically four ten-hour shifts per week, including Sundays.
