The company is currently seeking motivated Restaurant Shift Managers to join their night shift team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals 18 years and older to build a rewarding career in the fast-paced food service industry. The hourly pay range for this role is competitively set between $17.50 and $22.00, depending on experience. As a Restaurant Shift Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the restaurant's shifts and ensure that every customer receives prompt, accurate, and friendly service from the crew.

In this leadership role, you will be tasked with managing various operational functions such as supervising food safety and cleanliness standards to align with McDonald's policies. Communication will be crucial as you'll coordinate effectively with crew members and other shift managers to ensure smooth shift transitions and consistent operational excellence. You will be responsible for achieving shift targets while supporting different departments to meet their goals. Furthermore, you will take proactive measures to manage safety, security, inventory, and overall profitability. Scheduling and motivating the team for peak performance during shifts is an essential part of your duties.
