Boselli & Sons' LLC DBA McDonald's is an independent franchisee operating under the globally recognized McDonald's brand. This franchisee manages restaurants licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products, delivering the famous quality, service, and cleanliness that the brand represents. Although independently owned and operated, the franchise maintains McDonald’s reputable standards and continues to be a prominent employer in the fast-food industry, committed to community engagement and employee development.

Our team is actively seeking motivated and responsible Restaurant Shift Managers to lead night shifts in our locations. This role is ideal for individuals 18 years and older who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service while managing operational efficiency.

As a Restaurant Shift Manager, the candidate will take on a critical leadership role overseeing daily shifts, ensuring that every customer receives a fast, accurate, and friendly experience during their visit. This includes providing guidance and leadership to Crew members and other Managers to uphold the highest standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The Shift Manager will play a significant role in supervising food safety and cleanliness protocols, communicating effectively with staff to prepare for smooth shift transitions, and working towards achieving operational goals and targets set for each shift.

This position offers a competitive pay range from $17.00 to $21.00 per hour, depending on experience. The employment is with an independent franchisee, giving candidates the benefit of working within a reputable brand while experiencing a close-knit and supportive work environment.
