Job Requirements
- Valid drivers license is required
- Must be at least 20 years old
- Minimum of 3 years of driving experience
- Ability to work overnight varying shifts times
- Ability to access and tolerate small spaces and work in high places
- Prior experience in a lead, supervisor, or manager position
- Prior experience in kitchen exhaust or hood cleaning is strongly preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Job Duties
- Responsible for a group consisting of two or more Lead technicians and their crews
- The enforcement of all safety rules both on and off the job site for the team
- Inspection of the complete kitchen exhaust system to include but not limited to the hoods, filters, ductwork, and exhaust fans
- Responsible for operating and maintaining assigned vehicles
- Properly reporting and requesting necessary vehicle and equipment maintenance
- Immediately correct and report any unsafe acts or hazardous conditions
- Provide exceptional customer service while proudly representing NELBUD
