This job opening is for the Warehouse Team at US Foods, which plays a critical role in sustaining the company’s supply chain operations. The role primarily focuses on selecting customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that products are handled with care and meet the company’s high standards. Employees in this position work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, utilizing order selecting software and equipment such as electric pallet jacks to safely move products. The job requires working in multi-temperature environments, ranging from coolers and freezers to ambient temperature zones, demanding physical endurance and strength. Shifts are scheduled from Sunday to Thursday, typically starting between 5 pm and 7 pm, with work durations averaging 10 to 12 hours. The position will relocate to Aurora by mid-2026.

Compensation for this role is competitive and commensurate with relevant experience, education, skills, and geographic location. Selectors start at $18 per hour, with the potential to advance up to $32.56 per hour plus incentives once achieving high accuracy levels above 97% in dry, cooler, and freezer areas.
