The Night Auditor & Porter (Hybrid) role at The Hotel Zags is essential in maintaining the hotel's operational integrity, safety, and guest satisfaction during the overnight shift. This position uniquely combines the responsibilities of both night auditing and porter duties, ensuring a smooth transition between late-night and daytime hotel operations. As a Night Auditor, the successful candidate will perform detailed financial audits, balancing and reconciling accounts across multiple hotel revenue centers including the front desk, rooms, food and beverage, and retail outlets. This is a critical function that supports the hotel's financial accuracy and fraud prevention efforts. As a Porter, the role involves conducting property rounds for security and safety, maintaining cleanliness and presentation of public spaces, supporting early morning breakfast service, and assisting housekeeping with guest room preparation.

In addition to these core functions, the Night Auditor & Porter delivers exceptional guest service by assisting with check-in and check-out, managing reservations, handling telephone inquiries, and responding promptly to guest needs and concerns.
