This leadership position demands proficiency in On-Q and experience managing a large hotel of 500 rooms or more. Experience with union hotels is highly preferred, reflecting Hilton's commitment to teamwork and structured labor relations. Hilton offers an unparalleled benefits package to its employees, including extensive travel perks, a stock purchase program, paid parental leave, personalized caregiving support, crisis concierge services, mental health resources, generous paid time off, and comprehensive health and welfare benefits.
