Job Requirements
- Ability to work overnight shifts
- Physical ability to sit for prolonged periods and use a computer for 6-8 hours per day
- Capability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and carry items weighing 10 to 25 pounds occasionally
- Visual acuity to read computer screens and printed materials
- Ability to hear and participate in conversations and meetings
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities
- Experience in handling guest complaints and emergencies
- Ability to maintain high standards of hospitality during overnight hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in hotel or property management, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage financial transactions and conduct night audits
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with office software and property management systems
Job Duties
- Acts as the highest-ranking manager on site during the night shift
- Supervises night audit procedures and reviews financial discrepancy reports
- Handles night-time financial transactions including posting charges and managing billing
- Resolves guest complaints, concerns, and emergencies professionally
- Communicates with housekeeping and engineering departments to coordinate maintenance and prepare the lobby
- Ensures compliance with Remington Lodging & Hospitality standards
- Personally assists in resolving any issues and completing necessary tasks
