The role of Night Manager at Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton is an exciting opportunity for hospitality professionals who excel in leadership and operational management during overnight hours. This position is crucial in upholding the impeccable standards that Four Seasons guests expect, emphasizing seamless service, safety, and operational excellence throughout the night shift. The Night Manager will directly lead and support front desk operations, ensuring that arrivals, departures, and guest requests are handled promptly and professionally. They will also oversee critical night audit and billing functions and coordinate closely with various departments to maintain smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Beyond administrative responsibilities, the Night Manager serves as the overnight ambassador for the hotel, responding to emergencies and guest concerns with poise and skill. This role demands strong leadership, exceptional communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage a team of up to 3 direct reports and 20 indirect team members. The position requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, making it a key pillar in delivering Four Seasons’ legendary hospitality around the clock.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $86,994 and a comprehensive benefits package, including zero-cost medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and eligible dependents after 30 days, a matched 401(k) plan, and complimentary life insurance.   • 2-3 years of luxury hotel experience in an operational supervisory role
