Job Duties

  • Complete a nightly MOD checklist and send copies to the General Manager, Engineer, Housekeeping and F&B teams
  • manage guest resolution process to include investigation of situation and creative problem solving to ensure guest is satisfied with outcome
  • handle emergencies that may develop in the hotel with full authority to contact all providers and ensure all issues are handled and reported
  • assist any department that is short staffed or needs additional help
  • have complete understanding of Front Office staff's job descriptions and duties and be able to perform duties at any given time
  • accurately manage and operate the OnQ system at the front office including all daily transactions and those which are not performed often including Night Audit
  • have knowledge of Food and Beverage operations and be ready to assist in the restaurant should the need arise
  • have knowledge/understanding of the Simphony POS system
