Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in hotel front office or night audit roles luxury preferred
- Proficiency with hotel management systems including Infor HMS and Marriott systems
- Excellent attention to detail and financial accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work overnight shifts independently
- Physical ability to conduct property walkthroughs including stair navigation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of hotel front office or night audit experience luxury preferred
- Strong knowledge of hotel systems Infor HMS, Marriott systems preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and financial accuracy
- Ability to work independently and make decisions overnight
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
Job Duties
- Serve as the overnight manager on duty and primary point of contact for all hotel operations
- Receive and execute pass-downs from PM leadership regarding guest and team matters
- Ensure all overnight departments are aligned and operational
- Conduct full property walks to ensure cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards
- Monitor and resolve guest concerns and service recovery opportunities
- Ensure all guest requests, room moves, and special accommodations are executed properly
- Maintain Forbes-level service standards even during overnight hours
