The role being hired for is a Night Janitor position. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of various client facilities during night hours. Night Janitors play a crucial role within CSG, ensuring that buildings are clean, safe, and presentable for the following day. The compensation for this position ranges from $17.50 to $18.50 per hour, highlighting the company's commitment to rewarding skilled labor appropriately.

The ideal candidate for this janitorial position will preferably have experience in janitorial work or general maintenance. Responsibilities include gathering and emptying trash, cleaning floors through sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming, as well as servicing and restocking restrooms. Night Janitors are expected to perform physical tasks that require lifting, walking, stooping, and carrying items up to 50 pounds. The use of appropriate personal protective equipment is mandatory, and flexibility regarding weekend or holiday shifts may be required based on operational needs.
