As a Restaurant Crew Member at HAZA BELL, you will play a vital role in the daily operation and success of the restaurant. This hourly position offers a competitive pay range of $15.00 to $16.00 per hour and is based at 7501 Annapolis Road, Landover Hills, Maryland 20784. The role places you at the heart of customer interaction and journey, where you will provide friendly, accurate service to all restaurant guests and support your teammates and managers. Your responsibilities will include greeting and assisting customers both in the restaurant and drive-thru, accurately taking and ringing up orders, managing payments, and expressing gratitude to customers to foster a positive dining experience.

Job Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in this country
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the restaurant for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in placing their orders
- Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Ensure prompt and courteous service to enhance the customer’s experience
- Prepare and assemble food and beverage items according to restaurant recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and customer service areas
